Remember that the item must be returned within 14 days, unused and in the condition it was delivered. If the packaging is not damaged or deteriorated in any way (appears as new), no opening will give any reduction in the right of withdrawal. If the item has been used, this does not apply.

Exchange or return

If you want an other item than the one you received (different size, color or model), you return the item you received using the enclosed return label pasted on the same bag you received the items in. We credit your return upon arrival in stock. We will refund your payment as soon as we receive the return. Then you buy the item you want again if you want to exchange.

The customer pays the return cost and also the new shipping cost if you need a new size or other exchange.
